Lauren is a passionate lifestyle wellness architect aimed at helping people live healthier, happier, more prosperous lives.


Lauren has been coaching clients in fitness and health for the last 10 years virtually and in-person from the sunny beaches of Carlsbad, California to Miami, Florida.


She holds two credentials, five certifications, and thousands of hours of experiencing coaching, which she has leveraged across multiple companies, institutions, states, and continents to discover two things:


  1. What makes people tick (motivation)
  2. What makes people un-tick (burnout)


Her speciality in lifestyle well-being comes from years of experimenting, studying, and learning what encompasses success across clients, companies, and her own personal health and well-being.

  • How does this differ from other fitness methods?

    Lauren’s work integrates the subconscious mind, the fascial system, and energy systems to support deep, sustainable transformation. 


    Using an inside-out method, Lauren uses her background and credentials, to assess the improvement areas, creates a holistic, comprehensive plan, and partners with the client through fitness and wellness lifestyle coaching, 


    Through holistic coaching in and beyond the gym, she prioritizes longevity, resilience, and alignment—helping people feel better and improve their quality of life.

  • When can I expect visible results?

    You can expect visible results within the first 4-6 weeks. 


    Depending on your initial assessment and personal goals, you can even begin to see changes in the first 2 weeks mentally, emotionally, physically, and/or spiritually.

  • Do I get a meal plan?

    Lauren is not a registered dietician, however, she is a Certified Health Coach and uses that knowledge to educate and coach for nutritional success.

  • What comes with coaching?

    1. Personally Customized Fitness Programming Spanning: flexibility, mobility, strength, muscle endurance, cardio, coordination/balance, and any other specific needs to address imbalances, pain, and/or injury prevention. 
    2. Bi-Weekly Lifestyle Wellness Coaching Sessions (30 minutes/sessions)
    3. Weekly Health Habit Accountability Check-Ins based on The Core 5 Health Habits Methodology 
    4. Private Access to work with Lifestyle Professional Lauren through including resources, and in-person and/or online coaching 
  • What if I have previous injuries or problems?

    Previous injuries or orthopedic problems are common and can be assessed in the initial consultation with Lauren. 


    We discuss your health history, current risk factors, and any additional information necessary to create your customized lifestyle program.
