An impassioned lifestyle wellness architect aimed at helping people live healthier, happier, more prosperous lives.
Lauren has been coaching clients in fitness and health on and off for the last 10 years virtually and in-person from the sunny beaches of Carlsbad, California to Miami, Florida.
She holds two credentials, five certifications, and thousands of hours of experiencing coaching, which she has leveraged across multiple companies, institutions, states, and continents to discover two things:
- What makes people tick (motivation)
- What makes people un-tick (burnout)
Her speciality in lifestyle well-being and performance comes from many years of experimenting, studying, and learning what encompasses success across clients, companies, and her own personal health and well-being.
