Hello and welcome!


My name is Lauren Vejar, and I am grateful to be here. I hope this finds you pleasantly wherever you are in life.


A little bit about me:


I am a life-long learner and avocado fanatic with an affinity for nature, wellbeing, and the sun. I am originally from Minnesota, spent a decade in Southern California, and now reside in South Florida.


In my spare time you will find me learning something spiritual, wellness, and/or cultural. I enjoy reading, researching and studying metaphysics, astrology, money, and whatever curiosity has newly sparked in me!


Both personally and professionally, I have been studying, integrating, and practicing Holistic Wellness in a plethora of forms for the last 15 years including but not limited to: religion and spiritual studies, energy healing, subconscious programming, health and fitness coaching, group exercise instruction, personal training, youth development, performance and leadership development, and management.


Specifically, I have worked with small-large scale companies and institutions such as: Hunter Industries Inc., American Honda Motor Inc., Reebok®, and Florida International University.


Education & Skillset:


I earned my BS in Exercise Science and MA in Leadership: emphasis on Development at Azusa Pacific University.


I am bilingual in English and Spanish with time invested in Spanish affluent areas such as Los Angeles, Miami, Costa Rica, and Spain.


I have a background with 6 years in youth and young adult mentorship (ages 10-21).


I have instructed youth exercise in Minnesota, California, and Costa Rica, and worked closely with pre-college and college aged kids. Additionally I have my Youth Mental Health First Aid Certification in support of proper mental health awareness. *My life coaching is open to youth with the approval of guardianship.


Overall, my personal and professional interests in Spirituality and Health and Fitness has transpired into the beautiful concoction that I can now use to serve others through my services: Personal Training, Life Coaching, and Women's Online Wellness Courses.


My kryptonite and crutch, lead me to the destiny I now live, eat, sleep, and breathe as my personal brand, leadership model, and mission, vision, and values statement: Wild Wealth®.

Lauren was an amazing example to all of us. I was confident when it came time to train my clients, and handling any issues that would come up. Fitness is just as much a spiritual journey as it is a physical one.

Lauren specializes in Wellness Leadership with 10 years in the field, 5 years in health and fitness program facilitation and management, and 5 years in community well-being. She has experience in the private and public sectors of corporate wellness, the university level, and entrepreneurship.


Her focus remains on one thing: being a wellness change agent.
