Hello and welcome!
My name is Lauren Vejar, and I am grateful to be here. I hope this finds you pleasantly wherever you are in your journey!
Personally, as I mentioned above, I am a life-long learner, avocado lover with a love for nature and the sun. I am originally from Minnesota, but spent almost a decade in Southern California before moving to Florida where I currently reside.
I have a long-winded journey with spirituality and personal development. In my spare time you can find invested in anything spiritual, growth-related, and/or wellness related. I enjoy reading, researching and studying metaphysics, energy healing, and spirituality. I also love listening to podcasting, writing, working out, and enjoying some form of health/fitness/wellness whether it's food, mood, exercise, or environment.
Professionally
I have been studying, practicing, and integrating Holistic Wellness and Spirituality in a plethora of forms for the last 15 years including but not limited to: prayer, meditation, subconscious programming, health and fitness coaching, group exercise instructing, personal training, blogging, etc. I have worked with companies such as American Honda Motor Inc., Hunter Industries Inc., and Reebok®.
I earned my BS in Exercise Science and MA in Leadership with an emphasis on Development at Azusa Pacific University. I continued my studies with Neurolinguistic programming and the subconscious mind with several fitness certifications as indicated below.
I speak Spanish proficiently as I spent some time abroad interning in Costa Rica and studied Spain Spanish in high school.
I have a background with 6 years in youth and young adult mentorship (ages 10-21).
I have instructed youth exercise in Minnesota, California, and Costa Rica, and worked closely with pre-college and college aged kids. Additionally I have my Youth Mental Health First Aid Certification in support of proper mental health awareness. *My life coaching is open to youth with the approval of guardianship and young adults.
Overall, my personal and professional interests in Spirituality and Health and Fitness became the beautiful concoction into my enlightenment.
What has always been my kryptonite (and crutch), lead me organically to the destiny I've craved in actualizing my potential, which I so gratefully can share now in my Life Coaching and brand, Wild Wealth®.
